Each capsule contains: Neem (Azadirachta indica) – 500 mg

Neem is Skin Rasayana which is mentioned in the Ayurvedic literature. The neem tree is also known as Arishtha in Sanskrit which means reliever of sickness.

All the parts of the neem tree, like roots, bark, gum, leaves, seeds, seed oil and fruits, are beneficial for the preparation of ayurvedic medicines and normal use.

What are Skin Problems?

  1. Acne or acne vulgaris: Acne is a skin disease that occurs when the dead skin cells and oil from the skin clog the hair follicles. Pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and oily skin are the effects of clogging of hair follicles. Acne Vulgaris is a situation when acne and boils cover the complete face it is known as acne vulgaris.
  2. Psoriasis: A medical condition in which the person gets red, itchy and scaly patches on the skin. Psoriasis surfaces due to some genetic reasons, skin dryness, smoking, alcohol, viruses, microbes and obesity.
  3. Eczema: Eczema leads to an itchy inflammation of the skin. There are different types of eczema and some of them can be cured by keeping the skin well moisturized.
  4. Bacterial skin infections: Infections caused by gram-positive strains of Staphylococcus and Streptococcus or other organisms. Common skin infections include Cellulitis (painful & red infection usually occurs on legs and feels warm when touched), Folliculitis (infection of hair follicles that causes red, swollen bumps like pimples), Impetigo (oozing sores or blisters), Boils (a deep skin infection in hair follicles).
  5. Rosacea: A skin disorder that mainly affects skin on the face and causes redness on the nose, cheeks, forehead and chin.
